BOOTCAMP

A fun and creative program targeting weight loss and toning. We combine  calorie burning workouts with a body positive attitude.

I designed this program because I wanted to create a space that would help women to lose weight in a way that would leave them feeling empowered. We combine Kickboxing, H.I.I.T, Yoga, Pilates, Battle Ropes, and more (all for the beginner!)

At every class you will be surrounded by other women facing similar challenges, in an unconditionally accepting environment. We will be celebrating what our bodies can do (instead of tunnel vision of what they can't), having fun, making friends, learning, and the BONUS is losing weight.

All classes held at our private studio in Bradford on Metcalfe Dr.
