Our 1 on 1 Personal Training sessions are designed specifically for you. Each workout is customized and strategically created to maximize your results. We combine Kickboxing, Pilates, Slam Balls, Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, TRX, H.I.I.T, Yoga, and more (all for the beginner!)

Small Group Training
Want to workout with your other half? Or maybe a friend or two? We offer couples and small group training. Having a workout buddy has been shown to massively increase the likeliness of a clients commitment to their fitness and health goals.

Passive Stretching
Passive stretching is a technique in which you are relaxed and make no contribution to the movement. Instead, your trainer does the work for you. Passive Stretch sessions result in deep relaxation, rejuvenation, improved mobility, and pain reduction.

ADAPTIVE BODYWORKS SESSIONS
Adaptive Body Works sessions are often referred to as a "2 person power stretch". The Trainer is using his or her bodyweight to manual stretch/release the client from head to toe.

NUTRITION
In addition to exercise, we offer clients guidance on leading healthy and balanced lifestyles by creating awareness of triggers, habits, and environmental factors influencing their diets. We then use mindful eating strategies to help our clients establish a more positive and effective relationship with food.
